Soupe de Pommes deTerre a l’ Ail Roti

Roasted garlic and potato soup with a julienne of proscuitto ham and potato pearls

Veloute de Champignons

A "Veloute" of mushroom served with pan sautéed mushrooms

 

Bisque de Homard

A lobster bisque garnished with lobster pieces and vegetable ratatouille

 

Mesclun aux Noix et Pommes

 Assorted baby greens with homemade croutons, diced apple and walnut pieces

 

Escargot “Café Shelburne”.

 Snails with garlic butter, proscuitto ham, almonds, mushrooms, parsley and croutons. 

 

Salade de Saison

Mixed green lettuce according to the season with

 our Dijon mustard dressing

 

Carpaccio de Saumon

Thinly sliced fillet of  Atlantic salmon seasoned  with virgin olive oil and lemon, a bouquet of mesclun 

 and fresh steamed asparagus

 

Gateau de crabe

Pan sautéed crab and sea scallop cake served with a bouquet of mesclun 

and a tomato olive oil coulis

 

Raviolis de Hommard

Homemade ravioli filled with lobster meat and a lobster basil sauce

Sautéed shrimps served on top of  mashed sweet potatoes,

Saumon de L’Atlantique

Fillet of Atlantic salmon baked in a thin crispy pastry served with spaghetti
 squash and a sun dried tomato butter sauce

Lotte a la Fondue de Poireaux

Fillet of lotte on a bed of braised leeks and caramelized pearl onions,
served with a saffron sauce

Le risotto du Pecheur

Shrimp, salmon and sea scallops served with a seafood risotto and a basil sauce

Coq au vin

Boneless chicken breast served with homemade fettuccine and  a hearty red wine sauce

Filet Mignon aux Poivres Verts

Beef tenderloin served with a green peppercorn sauce

Filet d’Agneau

Pan sautéed fillet of lamb served with a purée of “flageolet” beans, vegetable “brochette” 
and lamb red wine sauce

Confit de canard

Crispy duck cooked tender in its own juice served with a duck white wine sauce
