Soupe de pois. Split pea soup, Julienne of prosciutto ham, croutons.  8.50

Soupe a l’oignon gratinee. French onion soup  8..50

Soupe a l’Ail Roti. Roasted garlic and potato soup, potato pearls. 8.50

 

Raviolis de Fromage de Chevre. Homemade goat cheese ravioli,  sauteed mussel with garlic, herb sauce. 12.00

Escargot “Café Shelburne”. Snails with garlic butter, prosciutto ham, almonds, mushrooms, parsley and croutons.  12.00

Salade de Saison. Mixed greens according to the season with our homemade Dijon dressing. 8.50

Pate de campagne. homemade country pate, condiments, bouquet of mesclun . 10.00

Salade de Canard. Pan sautéed duck tenders, quail egg croutons, haricots verts, bouquet of mesclun, balsamic vinegar dressing .  12.00

Salade d’Endive et de Fromage de Chevre. Endive and Vermont  goat cheese, chopped walnut, walnut oil vinaigrette. 12.00

Feuilletté de Champignons. Small puff pastry filled with sautéed assorted mushrooms, mushroom sauce. 12.00

Filet de Saumon. Herbs and almond crusted filet of Atlantic salmon, celery puree, light curry butter sauce. 28.00

Aile de Raie. Steamed filet of skate wing, butternut squash flan, shallot beurre blanc sauce. 28.00

Steak Tartare. Freshly ground beef tenderloin served raw, seasoned according to your taste tableside. 25.00

Cailles Roties . Vermont farm raised  roasted quails, Spaetzle,  quail wine sauce. 29.00

Volaille a l’Estragon. Sautéed Boneless chicken breast, julienne of endive, homemade fettucine, tarragon sauce.  24.00

Filet Mignon. Beef tenderloin, green pepper corn and  port wine reduction sauce. 29.00

Risotto de Champignons. Mushroom risotto, sautéed assorted mushrooms, mushroom sauce. 19.00

Magret de Canard. Pan sautéed duck breast, sautéed apple, duck white wine sauce. 28.00
