For chocolate truffles lovers only
Cafe Shelburne Chocolate Truffles
While completing my culinary training in France, I worked with the famous Lyon's chocolate maker "Bernachon", one of the only chocolate artisans today roasting and blending his own chocolate beans to make his chocolate from scratch. Bernachon's philosophy for truffle making included using only the finest ingredients available. A truffle should be crispy on the outside while remaining soft and moist at its core. I would like to offer you a homemade truffle made from the best imported chocolate and the finest VERMONT cream. Packaged in an ornate golden box, they are excellent gift ideas.
